"Yes, trust can be mended but it is conditional only on the premise that both parties are genuinely working towards building it. However, therein lies the tricky part: finding that someone who is willing to build that together with you.
No doubt that people make mistakes and errors of judgement, but it is how one accounts to his/her SO that matters. Just "because you will get angry, that's why I didn't tell you" does not cut it for me. I would rather be told the bitter truth than to be spoken sweet lies to.
2 wrongs don't make a right.
Everybody makes mistakes, but that does not justify why one should cover up that mistakes with lies. I sincerely believe that there ought to be complete trust and honesty between 2 individuals that have chosen to come together for a shot at building something that lasts. Because if you can't be completely honest with someone who is your gf/bf, how can you be expected to be completely honest to your wife/husband?
So I believe time apart would give the both of you a good perspective of what the both of you want to build eventually, sometimes we are too involved in getting things right that we forget the right things that we got involved for in the first place. "

Your sentence makes me think alot alot more.
Those that are bold/underline/italic are really very real.
And this can be applied to mine too.
So to anyone who's facing broken trust, maybe you can reflect a little.
I hope this help, to anyone out there.

The Chicken & The Duck
A newly married couple went for a walk together in a wood.
They were having a wonderful time until they heard a sound in the distance:
"Quack! Quack!"
Wife said: "That must be a chicken"
Husband said: "No, that was a duck"
Wife said: "No, I'm sure that was a chicken"
Husband said with some irritation: "Impossible. Chickens go 'cock-a-doodle-doo', ducks go 'quack quack'. That is a duck"
The sound went "Quack! Quack!" again.
Husband: "See, it IS A DUCK"
Wife: "No dear, I am positive that it is a chicken"
They carried on the debate for a short while and the husband grew impatient and almost raised his voice and the wife was almost in tears.
The husband saw the tears welling up in his wife's eyes and, at last, remembered why he had married her. His face softened and he said gently, "Sorry darling, I think you must be right. That is a chicken".
"Thank you darling," she said and squeezed his hand."Quack! Quack!" came the sound through the woods and they continued their walk together in love.
-------------------------Moral of the story:
Who cares whether it is a chicken or a duck? What was more important was their harmony together, and that they enjoyed their walk.
How many marriages are broken over matters? How many divorces cite "chicken and duck" stuff?When you understand the story, you will remember your priorities.
The marriage (or relationship) is more important than being right about whether it is a duck or chicken. And besides, how many times have we been absolutely sure that we are right, only to find out later than we were in fact totally wrong? Who knows? That could have been a genetically modified chicken made to sound like a duck!
I hope this post have make you realise what's your goal in the relationship.
And not harping on the same things over again and again.
Just like "sometimes we are too involved in getting things right that we forget the right things that we got involved for in the first place."

And now read with your heart... So many eventful things happen.
In life, times I question myself.
What is happiness,exactly.
Does beauty equals to happiness ?
Does having a pretty and perfect body gives you happiness?
or does just simple stuffs with your friends means happiness..
Seeing them smile... 
Or with your loved ones...
Those precious moments..
Maybe just a little light guiding you would mean happiness ...
Because you know someone is there.. 
Or to some, money is the key to happiness..
maybe just releasing yourself to nature would mean happiness, colorful.
So what is happiness exactly ?
Once again, I question myself ...
happiness happiness...
Where're you....
Where can I find happiness..
It's all within ourselves, I guess..
Many times, I asked myself, every now and then.
" Are you happy ? "
I dont need beauty, money, desires to make me happy.
(To reduce contradiction: $ for a better life, to solve problems, but even the poor are happy in a way)
I just want a "simple and pure innocence" happiness.
I mean, it feels as if....
I've lost this happiness.. Somewhat, it doesn't belong to me.
Family, I've lost the love, the happiness,the warmth.
And friends, they're all that I've.
I love them , and I want them to be happy.
But then again, what do I mean by I want them to be happy ?
Seeing them smile? Is that the real happiness?
Boyfriend, and so what?
Does love equal to happiness..
I quarrel with him, every single day, and I mean every single day.
There's not even a peaceful day...
So what're you HAPPINESS ?!
You're so powerful ...
You influence others , you make them fall when you're gone..
And you never came back .....
Am I hiding you inside me ?
or are you long gone ... ?
Love.Lust.Hate.Power.Happines.Pain.Greed.
The Influential ones.
I salute you. And people, what do you think?
Have you found your happiness ?
I hope you all are happy.
Because...

And I'm a human like you.
I need love.
I need assurance.
I need every single thing that everyone of you needs.
And you gave me none of those. You claim you did.
In actual fact, you THOUGHT you did.
Let me tell you this, you didnt.
But then again, what's the point of me typing so much.
Never once had you really tried and feel what I'm really feeling..
You wont know, even when you claim you know.
It's different, really different you know.
So much for disappointments. Sigh......
